I can't beleive a week has gone by and I haven't posted yet. Well on Sunday we went to a friends house to watch the Game but it was boring so we played xbox. As we got ready to leave I became very ill and was laid up in bed for 2 days. I didn't go to the gym until today it was good to get back and get a workout in. Thats about it for this post. Later
